Greg is a wide receiver that may have an uphill climb to having a breakout season, however, he’s a receiver with immense talent and potential.
Greg has put in a tremendous amount of time working and improving his body and his skills. He’s been doing great in his 7 on 7’s and making waves. The challenge for Greg is that the offense he plays in doesn’t allow him to show off his wide-receiving talents.
Randall is a 6’1 receiver with a long frame who can make plays in 50/50 contested catch situations with strong hands. He’s a solid route runner and knows how to consistently create separation. Greg is good enough to play Division One football and I hope he’ll get his opportunity to show off his talents by getting more opportunities as a receiver.
Tareq has a gifted blend of athleticism and versatility. At 6’3 180 pounds Council is a playmaker in every facet for Tom’s River North.
Council is a standout wide receiver who has the ability to win one on one down the field consistently and can also be a threat working the seams.
Futhermore, on the defensive side, is a playmaker at deep safety. He shows the ability to use his long frame and speed to be a ballhawk on the backend. Lastly, he’s able to show off his speed and aglity as a punter return, frequently making defenders miss in the open field.
It’s hard to say that someone with multiple Power 5 offers can break out. However, Tareq has the talent to be one of the top prospects in the entire country. The question looms, will he do the work in the off-season to fulfill full his potential?
Ta’Ron is one of the best prospects in the Northeast and is a highly-rated recruit by any media outlet. Although Millville won the state title, it seemed Haile didn’t finish the season the way he started, and for that, I’m expecting him to put together a full season of domination.
He’s every bit as good as his wide receiver counterpart Lotzeir Brooks Lotzeir Brooks 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Millville | 2025 State NJ and is special with the ball in his hands. Haile is a well-rounded receiver who can separate and win in a variety of ways.
Rather than a breakout im looking to see year-long consistency and he shows that he’s a top wide receiver prospect that I know he is.
Highlights
Brooks burst onto the scene in Old Tappan’s championship game where he consistently came up with contested catches down the field. He’s primed for a breakout year if he challenges himself.
When evaluating bigger receivers one thing that we must be cognizant of, is while they have the ability to win over the top will they have the ability to separate on a consistent basis? Brooks has already shared with me that he will be hitting the camps hard this summer. Im hoping after these camps he will hone in on the nuances of wide receiver and become a student, so we can truly see him dominate. As his talent level suggests that he can.
There has been a mass exodus at St. Peters Prep. And with key departures there comes more opportunity. That is the case for Fason, as this is his senior year and he has no significant tape. One can surmise that with the environment around him, he’s poised for a breakout year.
His body type is intriguing standing at 6’2 with significant arm length. While I’m not crazy about his movement in and out of breaks and his speed. I would love to see what he looks like as a full-time defensive back. He can use his size to affect the catch point and be physical with wide receivers. A full-time switch to defensive back may be a judicious move that will also get him college looks.
