Joseph picked up a late offer from Old Dominion and signed in February.
Rasor presents degrees of finesse and polish in his skillset as a passer at the next level. He possesses talent in his arm that can add air or velocity to his passes when attacking the third level. He’s technical in his footwork and gets the ball out on time. He shows great feel and toughness in the pocket waiting for plays to develop and sticking in the pocket against heavy pressure. Rasor’s an intriguing QB add for UC Davis’ 2023 class.
