Joseph is the best available quarterback in Orange County. He transferred to Newport Harbor from San Juan Hills where he battled injuries. He had an outstanding senior season with 2749 yards and 30 touchdowns with just two interceptions. He has a plus arm and his decision making improved greatly from his junior to senior season. Joseph has offers from Adams State and Old Dominion and is visiting Air Force.
