Welcome to the third iteration of the QB Watch List mini-series! Like the first two articles, this will serve as a look into my evaluations for the 2026 QBs as it pertains to ranking considerations. These are my raw notes from watching the film and figuring out if I should rank, where I should rank, and what a player's trajectory might be.

Pro-Style QB with a lot of potential! Overall a high ceiling and low floor.

STRENGTHS
Throw on the run (Great)
Throw Power (Good)
Pocket awareness (Good)
Doesn't panic
Good body for Freshman

Impressive film, but we'll have to see how he develops. Not from a program known for QBs or success in general, so I can easily see Joseph's progression go many different ways. Hard to predict, though I want to see Joseph succeed very badly.

Trajectory: Too early

Pro-style QB with great skills thus far. Will likely backup [player_tooltip player_id='188030' first='Connor' last='Wolf'] next season.

STRENGTHS
Footwork (Great)
IQ (Great)
Throw Power (Great)
Pocket Presence (Great)

WEAKNESSES
Scrambling ability
Speed

As close to a (Connor) Wolf clone as you can get. Dad is recruiting coordinator at GVSU (Nick Postma), so if he ever has any interest from GV, he'll likely go there. Though, I don't see high D2 potential in him just yet. He'll have to prove himself a lot more. I hope to see him this off-season.

Trajectory: D3 / Low-tier D2

STRENGHTS:
Footwork (Great)
Touch throws (Excellent)
Playmaking (Great)
IQ (Excellent)

WEAKNESSES:
Minor fundamental issues. Looks very stiff in the pocket, but that's much better than scrambling every single play.

I absolutely love what I've seen of Tommy. Good, long body and he may grow more. Great fundamentals with great touch. With the name and his current film, I'd be surprised if he didn't receive P5 offers once he takes the helm at QB come his Junior season, or god forbid CJ gets hurt.
