We seen some high-flying, hard-hitting, and slobber-knocking matchups all across the state. Round four featured some superlative performances and the athletes that are listed below did a great job improving their recruiting stock and helping their team advance to the next round of the playoffs.
Danny Green – South Oak Cliff – Class of 2024
Danny is a 5’10 185 pound electric running back that had a monster game and helped his SOC absolutely dominate a very talented Melissa high team. Coming into the game there were rumblings from the media that South Oak Cliff would get bullied but Mr. Green had other plans. The run heavy attack of SOC was too much to handle on the night and he put multiple defenders on highlights by running around or running through them. He holds a 3.0 GPA and recently took an unofficial visit to Jackson State to visit his former Pop Warner coach and newly hired University of Colorado- Boulder head coach Deion Sanders. With his high level play this deep into the playoffs I imagine his phone will be ringing off of the hook with recruiters once he finishes this season.

Narado Mike Stoker– South Oak Cliff – Class of 2023
Narado is a 6’6 280 pound Offensive Linemen that has played a huge role in South Oak Cliff’s post-season success. He is a well-coached and aggressive player that possesses one of the most unique frames that you will see of any offensive lineman in his class. He is long, lean, and has a huge upper back that can easily hold over 300 pounds. The TCU commit has played lights out and has been a physical force in the run game and a moving wall of protection in pass pro. He has great feet, a good base, a consistent mean streak and he did a great job of consistently straining to finish his defender and finish his assignment with authority.
Jason Crowder – Argyle High – Class of 2023
Jason is a 6’4 285 pound offensive line prospect out of Argyle that played a huge role in his squad’s success last week. Jason has done a great job playing fundamentally sound year-long and has really stepped up his game in the playoffs. He did a great job of distorting his defender’s body lean and getting movement at the point of attack. He recently pledged his verbal commitment to play his college football at SFA for the Stephen F Austin Lumberjack football program and will need to continue to play well as they face off against a big, athletic, and talented South Oak Cliff defensive front seven.

Noah Weeks – Argyle High school – Class of 2023
Noah is a 6’2 270 pound scrappy offensive line prospect that has been a road grader this fall. From evaluating him early in the summer he has taken his game to a new level. He has great feet, good athleticism, and the ability to recover and refit in posture when caught out of position. Last week he helped set the tone in the tone in the run and virtually walked guys off of the line of scrimmage. There was a QB sneak rep where he absolutely smoked the 1 tech nose guard and created a lane for the QB to score off of. He will need to keep playing physical football and straining to finish to match the strength and athleticism of South Oak Cliff defensive front.
