I don’t know what’s in the water up there, but a ton of these guys just seem to get it done at the college level and beyond. From a talent perspective, the 2025 class is no exception, with a boatload of young hog mollies with through-the-proof potential. Look for these guys to blossom over the next two seasons and only improve their game. With that being said, here’s who you need to know!
Charlie Hoitink Charlie Hoitink 6'4" | 305 lbs | OL Slinger | 2025 WI , 6’4″ 280, Slinger
- Loose-hipped with plenty of aggression.
- Flexible and punches on a rise.
- Hands are shot firmly on the inside.
- Sporty, with the ability to play tackle or guard.
Dylan Hildebrand Dylan Hildebrand 6'4" | 280 lbs | OL Verona | 2025 State WI , 6’3″ 285, Verona
- Punch is loaded with some serious pop.
- Lateral slide is quick and compact.
- Shows no issues setting to nine techniques.
- Shows good body control against opposing counter moves.
- Has experience at both right and left tackle.
Griffin Rousseau Griffin Rousseau 6'7" | 305 lbs | OL Stoughton | 2025 State WI , 6’6″ 275, Stoughton
- A fierce competitor that plays through the whistle.
- Has been a knockdown machine throughout the 2022 campaign.
- Size can be overbearing for smaller defenders.
- Has hands like grappling hooks, making him a tough man to shed at the point of attack.
- Plenty of churn in his legs once he latches on.
James Nellis James Nellis 6'4" | 290 lbs | OL Grafton | 2025 State WI , 6’4″ 285, Grafton
- Completely in sync with his linemate on double teams.
- Has a ton of raw power that he’s still learning how to use.
- Quickly works off double teams if his assigned second-level defender triggers.
- Consistently fights to get extension as a run blocker.
Owen Strebig Owen Strebig 6'8" | 295 lbs | OL Catholic Memorial | 2025 State WI , 6’7″ 285, Catholic Memorial
- Shows quick feet for a big man.
- Plays with great knee bend off the snap and can unlock his hips with ease.
- Patient in his pass set waiting for rushers to tip their cards.
- Kick set is compact and clean.
Clay Spaltholz Clay Spaltholz 6'2" | 280 lbs | OL South Milwaukee | 2025 State WI , 6’2″ 285, South Milwaukee
- An interior offensive line prospect that can move.
- Plays with a chip on his shoulder and looks to make his opponents pay.
- Hands are like cinder blocks at the point of attack.
- Is constantly working ten yards plus downfield on called run plays.
- Anchor allows for him to stop blitzers in their tracks with no ground given up.
