Holy Trinity's win over Kellenberg Memorial Sunday told us even more about this team that we already knew. Athletes with play making ability like D1 prospects [player_tooltip player_id='241127' first='Josiah' last='Brown'] and [player_tooltip player_id='233589' first='Dylan' last='Braithwaite'] power this potent Titans offense. [player_tooltip player_id='241127' first='Josiah' last='Brown'] has 206 receiving yards and 2TDs and [player_tooltip player_id='233589' first='Dylan' last='Braithwaite'] has 281 receiving yards and 5TDs through their first 3 games. But it is the emergence of 2024 (RB/LB) [player_tooltip player_id='253487' first='Jameer' last='Reeder'] who can punish you with his burst of speed out of the backfield. He is not only elusive but a patient runner, with great vision to turn on the jets when he sees green. Through 6 games, he has found the end zone 10 times averaging over 126 yards of total offense per game. It is production like his on both sides of the ball that make the Titans championship contenders.

The Titans' defense is stacked with NYS top ranked linebacker, 2024 [player_tooltip player_id='253479' first='Nick' last='Parisi'] and OLB/nickel averaging 5 tackles per game. Nick does a great job coming downhill to make tackles and can play sideline to sideline to keep everything in front of him. With senior defensive lineman Irv Briggs IV consistently pressuring opposing quarterbacks and clogging running lines at the front line, Holy Trinity find themselves with the ability to stop opposing offenses like Kellenburg Memorial who averaged 379 yards of total offense coming in to Sunday's matchup, but were held to 247 (121 rushing and 126 passing) yards of total offense.

The Titans face a 4-1 Moore Matholic team who is coming off a win over a Monsignor Farrell. Moore Catholic's offense averages 367 yards per game and led by QB [player_tooltip player_id='286118' first='John' last='Michalski'] who leads Catholic AA in passing TDs with 8. 371 yards of the Mavericks' offense are to wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='342711' first='Matthias' last='Lighten'] who has found the end zone 6 times already this season.

Perhaps the key to this matchup will be the play making ability of 6'2, 210 pound senior Giovanni Maniscalco. Giovanni is a great defensive end who keeps outside containment while quickly penetrating the passing pocket. He already has 22 tackles, forced fumble and 2 sacks so far. His blocked field goal setup the Mavericks game winning drive over Monsignor Farrell in week 6.

This matchup could give us a good look at who can contend for the Catholic League AA Title.
