Cooper Perry Cooper Perry 6'2" | 185 lbs | WR Notre Dame | 2025 State AZ , Notre Dame Prep ’25
Perry has emerged as one of the top WR’s in the state, and he still has a couple more years to go. He had 4 receptions for 159 yards and 4 TD’s, and even had a long punt return. He has 12 TD’s in just 4 games played. Perry has three 4 TD games this season. A definition of a big play WR and has matured lightning quick and is only getting better. Definitely the fastest rising prospect in the state in my opinion.
Jack Freeburg Jack Freeburg 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Desert Mountain | 2024 State AZ , Desert Mountain ’24
Freeburg stepped up big on Friday night to help Desert Mountain earn a close W over Chaparral 30-26. Freeburg snagged 10 receptions for 155 yards and 2 TD’s on the night. Excellent position IQ to find those soft spots in zone coverage to freuqnely make himself a clear and easy target with a broad window. He does a solid job setting up and disguising his routes as well. Impressive night for Freeburg as he looks like a promising receiver as we hit the midway point next week.
Bryson Dedmon Bryson Dedmon 5'9" | 155 lbs | WR Saguaro | 2024 State AZ , Basha ’24
Dedmon was locked in on the win over Mountain View, hauling in 5 receptions for 165 yards and a TD to flash a bit of that big play ability and explosiveness. Excellent burst off the ball with top end speed in the second level to be that speedy deep threat and stretch the field vertically. Dangerous with the ball in space and a big time player for that Basha offense as I’m looking forward to how he competes against some tougher competition coming up.
Jesus Ordonez, Youngker ’24
Another 2025 prospect having a big night Frdiay night. Ordonez hauled in 5 receptions for 143 yards and 5 TD’s on the blowout win over Maryvale. He hasn’t uploaded any film yet, but his performance deserves the recongtion to put himself on this week’s top WR category.
