It was tough to watch the Snyder Tigers on both sides of the ball. On defense giving up so many explosive plays with no opposition and on offense relying on broken plays to generate offense. It's tough to live in a world where you rely on one player who plays all phases of the game to create offense and explosive plays. Snyder puts a lot on the shoulders of their star Ath [player_tooltip player_id='344218' first='DJ' last='McClary'] as he plays every phase of the game and in this game playing QB/LB. He threw an 85-yard touchdown pass after a power outage and gave Snyder their only score of the game.

In addition, the Snyder coaches did their best to keep the team engaged, but as the game slipped away and a couple of calls didn't go their way. The team, coaches included, began to unravel. This was an all-around bad performance for the Snyder Tigers, but we have confidence they'll bounce back.

The Weequahic Indians have a very explosive offense that can seemingly generate explosive plays at will through the air and on the ground. HB [player_tooltip player_id='379679' first='Rashawn' last='Marshall'] is the real deal and is a deadly combination of elusive and fast and can generate forced missed tackles consistently. [player_tooltip player_id='183661' first='Ihsim' last='Smith Marsette'] is also an equally explosive wide receiver who can win after the catch and at the catch point.

Snyder from the opening offensive snap had trouble with running-back [player_tooltip player_id='379679' first='Rashawn' last='Marshall'] as the Indians couldn't contend with his blazing speed taking advantage of the edges of the defense ripping gains of 15, and 30 yards respectively ending their first drive with a rushing touchdown by Marshall.

Weequahic never looked back as [player_tooltip player_id='183661' first='Ihsim' last='Smith Marsette'] scored two receiving touchdowns before the half ended one from 6 yards out and one off a 40-yard impressive contested catch he also grabbed an interception for a touchdown leaving his imprint on the game. [player_tooltip player_id='448783' first='Elijah' last='Motley'] was also impressive on the defensive side for the Indians with a number of impressive tackles and plays in coverage.
