With that, we give you the players on the list that are newcomers to the rankings who be rising stars and dominating a football field near you. The reoccurring theme in this class is versatility. Many players in this class offer multiple skillsets playing both sides of the ball and being dominant while doing it. Here are the New Additions to the 2025 class rankings.
Ja’eylne Matthews OL, Toms River North
Many have this young man down as the number one prospect in this class and for good reason. He plays both the offensive and defensive lines and is dominant at both positions. Although, he shines at offensive tackle. He has all the high-end athletic traits that coaches salivate over. Size (6’6,300lbs) quick feet, solid balance, and power when blocking. As with most dominant high school offensive linemen, he’s painfully dominant in run blocking and able to displace any defensive lineman he lines up against. As a pass protector, he’s equally as dominant. Showing some refined technicality for a freshman tackle. Matthews has all the making of an elite-level OT prospect. He currently holds offers from Miami, West Virginia, Georgia, and Ohio State.
Cameron Smith Cameron Smith 6'1" | 190 lbs | ATH St Joseph’s Prep | 2025 PA ATH, Salem
Salem has a team full of tall long athletic players at almost every position and Cameron Smith Cameron Smith 6'1" | 190 lbs | ATH St Joseph’s Prep | 2025 PA is a player who can do everything. Standing at 6’0 190 he doubles as a linebacker and a running back. The one thing that this young man has in both positions is explosiveness. He’s one of the class’s most explosive and dynamic players and is a game-changer for his team. In the form of long runs for touchdowns as a running back and using his plus arm length to affect passing lanes forcing turnovers and tipped passes. He currently has offers from A&M, Penn State, Syracuse, and West Virginia.
Delaney Fludd Delaney Fludd 6'3" | 290 lbs | DL Bergen Catholic | 2025 State NJ DL, Bergen Catholic
Fludd is another solid defensive line with much promise. Standing at 6’3 280lbs Fludd has much technicality to his game. He’s a good pass rusher and has good hands and a wide array of moves in his tool belt to win. Fludd is a prospect that will continue to get better and once he hits his senior year he will be a bear for any offensive lineman to deal with.
Tylik Hill Tylik Hill 5'9" | 180 lbs | RB Pope John | 2025 State NJ HB, Pope John
This is another dynamic prospect in this class. Where he makes his mark is as a running back, returner, and split out wide. His game reminds you of Buffalo Bills rookie running back James Cook with how he can make an impact with the ball in his hands. A very explosive player who has the agility and elusiveness to match. He has to be more patient as a running back with consistently bouncing the ball outside. Once he works on that he will be an elite running back when his senior year comes.
