<strong>ROCKLEDGE FOOTBALL</strong><strong> 2022. </strong> <strong>Head Coach:</strong> Wayne Younger <strong>2021 Record:</strong> 9-3 <strong>THE RAIDERS</strong> When you look back at last season, here is a team that lost only to a pair of state runner ups, which is something to build from. In losing to 4A power and rival Cocoa, and two 5A Merritt Island twice, the Raiders left the season believing that 2022 could be the year where they finally get over the hump and have a chance to finally make it deep into the playoffs – if not make a legitimate run at a state title. Wins over Viera (24-10), Palm Beach Lakes (21-6), Melbourne Eau Gallie (35-0), Palm Bay Bayside (31-7), Deerfield Beach (7-0), Palm Bay (41-19), Satellite (34-10) and Titusville (70-6) during the regular season, and Daytona Beach Seabreeze (41-0) in the state playoffs gave this program plenty of confidence. With a number of key returners and some quality new faces, this coming season will be fun to watch.
