To say that Ohio’s 2024 Quarterback Class is stacked would be an understatement. Whether your flavor is that of Pro Style QB’s or Dual Threat QB’s we have them. When looking at younger QB’s like the 2024’ we’ll be talking about today you’d expect a little rawer of a product then what we see here. These juniors to be already have some savvy and polish to their games to with the talent. I can’t wait to see this class continue to develop and grow into themselves both physically and understanding of the QB position. [player_tooltip player_id="284598" first="Brayden" last="Roggow"] (Tiffin Columbian) 6’4 180- Standing at 6’4, Roggow, already has the prototypical height for a Pro-Style passer. He shows off a quick and compact throwing motion that gets the ball out of his hand quickly. Brayden has a good feel for the opposing rush and does a good job off maneuvering the pocket and scrambling as needed to keep plays alive. He also does a good job of standing in the face of pressure and delivering strikes when necessary. Brayden is already starting to get D1 interests. As he continues to fill out and grow his arm strength, I expect that interests only to grow. Links: Twitter/Hudl [caption id="attachment_309768" align="alignright" width="170"] [player_tooltip player_id="284602" first="Timothy" last="Carpenter"][/caption] [player_tooltip player_id="284602" first="Timothy" last="Carpenter"] (Trotwood Madison) 6’4 200- Carpenter is a dual threat QB who can win from the pocket or can hurt you with his ability to make plays on the ground. He moves extremely well for a young man at his size. He excels at stretching defenses vertically. He frequently connects with the fly route due too his touch and arm strength. His ability to stretch defenses vertically and take the ball and run underneath stresses defenses. Carpenter has an offer from Toledo. With his combo of size, athleticism, and arm talent I expect his interests to grow by leaps and bounds.
