Tusai plays comfortably from the pocket and executes his passes with the timing and touch to give his receivers space to move after the catch. Tusai demonstrates above average footwork in his three and five step drops to drive the ball where only his receiver can catch it. He has near effortless rotation on his throws to send balls with air under them deep down the field. While he plays best from the pocket, Tusai can throw accurately on the run and can surprise a team with his athleticism to tuck the ball and rely on his feet. Tusai has sound throwing mechanics to fit the ball into tight windows and made it look easy at times as a junior. With a Div. I offer already in his pocket, Tusai has grabbed the attention of Purdue and several MAC schools while he attends several camps this offseason.
