2023 Watchlist Ranking Risers in Central Ohio

This upcoming season will be critical for some Central Ohio standouts to position themselves for big time college football. I will detail 5 rising seniors poised to get higher rankings.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Eastmoor Academy</strong></span>
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="93329" first="Ahmed" last="Armstrong"]</strong>, QB - Ahmed is on our watchlist and his athleticism may push him to the rankings this offseason. He is one of the best players on the team and one of the most electrifying athletes in Central Ohio. He has really good vision downfield, pocket presence, and command. He can sling it really well to all the routes. When he pulls the ball down and runs he can score from anywhere. He is very athletic and has good wiggle. Film is below:

<strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Westerville Central </span></strong>
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="284444" first="Buba" last="Bangura"]</strong>, LB, FS, RB - Buba had a tremendous Junior season making a name for himself in Central Ohio. Currently on the watchlist but is primed to rise. Plays multiple sports at Central and is good in the classroom. On the football field is a pure athlete who makes plays from the OLB position. He runs really well with good flexibility and twitch. He is a playmaker and is relentless to the ball. Has the athletic ability to change direction quickly and get the ball carriers down. Stands 6’3 and weights 195 so has some room to grow into multiple positions. His film is below and you won’t be disappointed:

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Washington Court House</strong></span>
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="34493" first="Calum" last="Brown"]</strong>, WR - Calum is a very good WR and plays multiple receiver positions on offense at a very high level. Currently on the watchlist but will garner interest. He is a good route runner and wins the route in the flat, intermediate, and deep. He attacks the ball with his hands and eyes and gets vertical quickly. He is a matchup nightmare at 6’2 and wins the tweener throws. He separates in the open field and has good wiggle and twitch. <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Harvest Prep</strong></span>
<strong>Aidan Rodgers</strong>, QB - Aidan is on the watchlist for now. His ability to throw the ball with velocity and spin is near the top in Central Ohio. He makes all the throws and scans his reads flawlessly. He is a leader and has command of the offense. He runs well and is athletic in the open field. He has the ability to score with his arm and legs at anytime. Film below:
