Offensive Line MVP: Gabriel Anguiano, San Pedro
Defensive Player of the Year: Delamonte Barnes, Birmingham
Analysis: He had 85 tackles, 11 for a loss with two forced fumbles for Birmingham this season. He is a big bruiser at linebacker and lays big hits.

Defensive Line MVP: Carlos Rivera, Birmingham
First Team Offense:
QB David Jordan-Oliveros, Birmingham, Sr.
RB Daniel Anoh, Palisades, Sr.
Analysis: Anoh averaged over 10 yards per carry this season. He had 1419 rushing yards with 21 rushing touchdowns in just 12 games for a very good Palisades team.
RB [player_tooltip player_id="25285" first="Jakob" last="Galloway"], Banning, Sr.
Analysis: The best running back in the Section but suffered an injury that caused him to miss much of the end of the season. He is headed to San Jose State.
RB Andre Watkins, Lincoln, Sr.
Analysis: Ran for 1632 yards and 19 touchdowns in 11 games. He was regularly on the top rushing performances of the week list.
RB Julian Quezada, Roosevelt, Jr.
WR Robert Sarmiento, San Pedro, Sr.
WR Chris Nixon, San Pedro, Sr.
WR Seth Fao, Banning, Jr.
WR Moses Ross, Palisades, Sr.
Analysis: One of only three receivers in the section with over 1,000 yards receiving. He had 14 touchdowns in 11 games. He has track level speed and would be a late steal for a FCS level college team or FBS team.

DB Jayden Barnes, Garfield, So.
DB Timothy Jackson, Birmingham, Sr.
DB Ricardo Abrego, Palisades, Sr.
DB Ivan Plancarte, Lincoln, Sr.

DIVISION 1
MVP: [player_tooltip player_id="186814" first="Thomas" last="Kensinger"], Venice
Analysis: Defensively, he had 103 tackles with 18.5 for a loss, 7.5 sacks and two forced fumbles. He had a pair of receiving touchdowns on offense and blocked a punt. He is an under-recruited guy who has a lot of lower level offers.

Offensive MVP: Kayden Collins, Canoga Park
Analysis: Collins led the Section in rushing yards with 2,492 with 26 touchdowns for an average of 11.3 yards per carry. Nobody made more of an impact for their team than Collins did for Canoga Park this season.

Offensive Lineman of the Year: Antwan Irby, Venice
Defensive MVP: Mychai Williams, Dorsey
Analysis: He had 10 interceptions this season which led the City Section. He has a lot of low level offers and a PWO from Nevada. I think he can make an impact at the FCS level and even get playing time as a walk on at Nevada if he wanted.
https://twitter.com/mychai_williams/status/1478622009185554432?s=20
Defensive Lineman of the Year: Saleem Marshall, Reseda
Analysis: He caused havoc in the backfield all season long for Reseda. He had 93 tackles with 14 coming for loss and he forced three fumbles.

QB Josh Coleman, Dorsey, Sr.
QB Malachi Betters, South East, Sr.
QB Christopher Carillo, Huntington Park, Sr.
RB Kelvin Duran, Arleta, Sr.
Analysis: He ran for 2218 yards and 31 touchdowns for Arleta. He was too strong of a running back for City Section defenders to tackle and he had to be near the top of the state in yards after contact.

RB Robert Lamara, Venice, Sr.
RB Bryant Collins, Dymally, So.
RB Sione Manu, Kennedy, Sr.
WR Hector Ceballos, Franklin, Jr.
Analysis: Ceballos led the City Section in receiving yards and touchdowns this season with 1,504 and 19 respectively. He is an unreal route runner with very good speed. Will be interesting to see how his recruitment goes.
