Our initial 2025 rankings are out, and while all of them may not play this season, there are a few who could have really big impacts on their teams this season.
Life Christian QB [player_tooltip player_id="193638" first="Isaiah" last="French"]
French is our top 2025 recruit and in just his first two games, French has thrown for 640 yards and four scores on a Life Christian team that plays a national schedule. Going against the best right out of the gates, French has to step up as a freshman if LCA wants to achieve their goals in his freshman season. That’s a lot to ask of a freshman, but French has the skills to do it.

Salem-VB DE [player_tooltip player_id="185384" first="Ari" last="Watford"]
Watford, our second-ranked recruit proved in his first game that he is for real, recording his first sack. Now, as Salem gets into the meat of their schedule and a tough beach district, it will be partially up to Watford to pressure QBs into bad throws and help control the run game. Salem really needs the production out of Watford that people think he is capable of.

Liberty-Bealeton QB [player_tooltip player_id="193649" first="Austin" last="Mawyer"]
Mowyer, our 22nd ranked recruit is listed as QB1 on Liberty-Bealeton’s depth charts so have at it, kid. It’s a lot to ask of a freshman but during camp last summer, Mawyer topped out at 17+ MPH in the 10yd fly, so his speed should be able to help make up for lack of high school experience.

King’s Fork ATH [player_tooltip player_id="193640" first="Javon" last="Ford"]
Ford, the 18th ranked recruit in 2025 had 16 carries for 120 yards, 1 TD, and a reception for 40 yards in his first high school action. With production like that, he could help Kings’s Fork to a big season with 2023 QB [player_tooltip player_id="127898" first="Cameron" last="Butler"] under center. With Ford’s speed, the sky is the limit.
Mechanicsville OL [player_tooltip player_id="193646" first="Brady" last="McIntyre"]
McIntyre, the 15th ranked recruit in 2025 has size at 6’3" and 300lbs, and will be inserted right into the starting OL with good reason, that kind of size at his age is exactly what college scouts look for in seniors, once he gets some game film, he should have offers all over him, and starting as a freshman will do wonders for his development. At a position as important as OL, he will have to grow up fast and get acclimated to high school ball fast.
