Kamron Taylor Kamron Taylor 5'11" | 175 lbs | RB Jurupa Hills | 2023 State CA , RB, Riverside Prep
Taylor checks a lot of boxes as a future college level running back. Possesses a good athletic frame to build on at 5’11” 175 lbs. He has a great ability to make the first guy miss at the LOS and then get north/south using a quick first step and good short area burst. Shows good game speed, he’s able to weave and cut through the defense without slowing down. Great balance and leverage with the ball in his hands allowing him to pick up tough yardage between the tackles and run through contact on the perimeter. Flashes good instincts and natural awareness as a ball carrier to read his blocks and see the open running lane. He holds a strong list of offers already including Maryland, Nevada, FAU, and FIU.
Israel Polk Israel Polk 6'3" | 170 lbs | WR St. John Bosco | 2023 State CA , WR, Pittsburg
Polk is no stranger to the recruiting process after watching his older brother, Makai, collect 11 D1 offers eventually landing at Cal Berkeley, where Israel picked up his first offer from. The 6’2” wide receiver transferred from Rodriguez HS (Fairfield) to bay area powerhouse Pittsburg HS prior to the short spring season. Izzy showed great potential as a sophomore where he flashed his explosive playmaking ability using his long frame and speed to stretch the field. He has good length now going into his sophomore year with a large catch radius but if his brother is any indication of his growth potential, he could be 6’3” or taller. He has strong and confident hands and showed a great ability to come down with a high percentage of 50/50 balls. He’s definitely one to watch as he develops, and more power five programs take notice.
Evan Tomich Evan Tomich 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Mayfair | 2023 State CA , QB, Mayfair
Recruiting has been on the rise for the Mayfair QB since March when he picked up his first offer from Oregon State. Since then he has added Kansas, Liberty, and Middle Tennessee to his list of offers. He’s a smooth and composed pocket passer that has great natural arm talent. Clean and precise with his footwork and throwing mechanics in the pocket. Plus accuracy and arm strength, he shows he can hit his spots at all three depths with good velocity and trajectory. Good over the top delivery but can change arm slots/angles to deliver an accurate and catchable ball when he needs too. Arm talent contributes to his ability to make off-platform throws under pressure. High football IQ, he’s a good decision maker that doesn’t force the ball into coverage and shows a good ability to read the defense while going through his progression. High ceiling.
Cayden Dawson Cayden Dawson 6'4" | 200 lbs | TE University City | 2023 State CA , TE, Lincoln (San Diego)
Dawson is an athletic 6’4” 200 lbs. that plays WR for his HS team but shows great potential as a Power 5 TE. Great hands and catch radius, he possesses good body control and coordination to adjust to ball flight. Colleges will love his ability extend and catch the ball outside his framework. Decent straight-line speed to stretch the field but creates separation with his strong route running. Good jump ball threat using his size, length, and leaping ability to box out defenders and bring in tough 50/50 balls. Still looking for that first offer but the talent and upside is undeniable.
Jalani Liva Jalani Liva 6'3" | 310 lbs | OL Santa Margarita Catholic | 2023 State CA , OL, Santa Margarita Catholic
Massive frame at 6’4” 310 lbs. with the feet and mobility to be a Power 5 interior offensive lineman. He’s a plus athlete with great lateral agility and bend in the hips, knees, and ankles. Possesses great natural strength and power at the POA with the ability uncoil his hips and drive his feet through contact. Shows good hand usage and placement, he’s quick to snap them into position and flashes a strong initial punch. He’s a finisher with a tough/physical attitude and playing nature. At this point he’s one of the more underrecruited offensive lineman in the region but if he continues on the same trajectory and develops expect his recruiting to take off.
