Kamran Jahromi
Jahromi was a clear choice for WR MVP with the elite athleticism he showed during testing and his dominance in the 1v1 and half-line sessions with DBs. He offers D-I tools and skillset with his explosive speed (two sub-4.4 40s), quick-twitch motor, and ball-tracking in the vertical game. He consistently burned past defenders and showed savvy adjustment on the ball to finish downfield. A 2024, Jahromi’s still looking for a home- he’d be a high-upside PWO for D-I programs looking to add playmakers at this late stage.
Khutsishvili showed notable growth and improvement from January’s showcase to Sunday’s event. He’s a towering target at 6’4″/215 with legit D-I upside in his receiving skillset, whether at WR or TE at the next level. He’s grown tremendously as a route-runner using his natural physicality to his advantage and uses his length effectively to box out defenders and make difficult catches outside his frame. He’s strong and aggressive with his hands at the catch-point and fights through contact well. Khutsishvili has drawn interest from several D-I programs and seems to be on the brink of picking up his first offer in the near future.
Highlights
Croffie proved to be one of the most versatile talents at the event earning top performer honors among both WR and DB groups. He’s a high-level natural athlete with a great combination of size (6’/200), speed (4.6-40), and ball skills. He dominated his 1v1 reps on both sides of the ball attacking the ball in the air and finishing with strong hands at the catch point. He likely fits in as a DB at the next level but he undoubtedly possesses the physical tools and skillset to play D-I. Croffie holds offers from Louisville and Cornell heading into his senior season.
Harris showed his versatility working out with the RBs and earning MVP of the group before running routes out of the slot in 1v1s. He proved to be a tough cover with his 4.4-speed and quick, explosive lateral burst out of his breaks. He’s a nightmare matchup for bigger safeties and OLBs in 1v1 situations and has the body control to quickly adjust on short, underneath routes. Harris should be a versatile contributor on offense for Helix in the fall.
Azeez is a promising athlete to add to Tustin’s crop of 2027 talent. He holds a future D-I frame at 6’/185 with raw length on his physical build. He moves well with good control of his body and shows focus on the technical side of his route-running. He needs to continue to work on consistency with his hands and cleaning up drops against tight coverage but that should continue to improve with reps and physical growth. Azeez is definitely a prospect to keep on the 2027 radar as he continues to grow and develop.
