Continue ReadingMcGee-Hall is one of the best cover corners in the state, and has dominated the TCAL for the past couple seasons. He is a very technically sound corner with fluid hips, a natural pedal and breaks quickly to ball carriers while able to make plays on the ball downfield with good hands and has return abilities as well. He plays physical up at the LOS, and can jam up receivers while also a high IQ kid in zone coverage that knows when to bait quarterbacks into poor throws and breaks to the ball without taking false steps and shows elite closing speed and PBU abilities. He was just offered by Sacramento State, BYU and Nevada and is up to multiple FBS offers at this point and should be a 10+ offer guy by the time he makes his decision.
Rahsjon Duncan
Rahsjon Duncan
Duncan took over the OAL Showcase in front of many college coaches on Wednesday evening, and had quite the workout that resulted in offers from Washington State and Arizona. He is a very technically sound receiver with strong hands, good tracking abilities and can take the top off over the top of safeties with ease. He is a long strider that covers a ton of ground in a hurry, and can run a variety of different routes while seemingly comfortable making defenders miss in open space with good twitch and short area quickness. He has ideal length at 6’1″ and should be a very rapid rising prospect across the region as we move through this Spring eval period.
Nolan James
Nolan James
James has elite size for the tackle position at 6’6″ and is very athletic for his size with solid bend in his stance while able to quickly snap out and drive defenders off the ball with ease. He has recently picked up his first offer from NAU and should see a slew of other interest and potential offers roll in through this evaluation period. He has a strong punch, can climb to the second level and takes good angles to linebackers and excels in pass protection with patient hands, a solid base and redirect ability while showing good feet and lateral movement abilities. He plays with a nasty streak as he shows he can consistently finish blocks downfield and get defenders quickly off the ball with a low hat and powerful lower body.
