We move on to the incoming juniors for the Class of 2023. Check out what we got brewing in the Dakotas in our January 2021 update here at Prep Redzone Dakotas! What Goes Into Our Rankings? With our rankings across the Dakotas, we poll from a significant amount of college coaches, regional scouts, and more to give you the most in-depth player rankings you will see across the land of high school football. Our list has gone from just under 40 prospects in the 2023 class in October to 90 names for college coaches to choose from when recruiting starts to pick up for these upcoming juniors. We know that there is no perfect system for ranking players. Still, We know we do our absolute best to give our subscribers and college coaches as many names as possible to help them recruit the Dakotas and fill the void of year-round football coverage for high school football fans throughout the Dakotas. Multi-part series! This is an article you will on the site come out over time. Quick Hitters Top 10 Updates We welcome four new names to our top 10 prospects in the Dakotas. Starting at #10, we have Brookings LB/RB , who put together a strong sophomore year for the Bobcats. Next, we'll take I-29 straight south into Sioux Falls, where DB of Sioux Falls Roosevelt makes his debut on our rankings in the #8 spot #1 defensive back in all of the Dakotas in our eyes. Jumping over 20 spots from our October 2020 rankings, standout Pierre QB Lincoln Keinholtz moved up to our #6 after starting his rankings in the mid-20s. Last but not least, we head back to Sioux Falls and check-in at Lincoln High School, where newly added offensive linemen hit the #5 spot in our 2023 rankings after we found some very impressive film from this promising young man. This Class of 2023 is loaded with notable little brothers to players from our 2021 rankings.
