The Caledonia Warriors met up against a very talented Minneapolis North Polars. Both similar in play-styles this was shaping up to be a chess-match type game guessing which play was going to work at a given time.
Scoring Summary:
The Warriors also had some brotherly love shown, QB Noah King finding WR Eli King on a post route for a 42-yard strike. Eli King would follow that by scooping up a punt and sprinting 58 yards for a punt return touchdown. Noah King would find another WR in Cole Kronebusch for a score from about 20 yards out. The King brothers would connect again in the second half on an 11-yard curl route for the final score of the game to round the score at 26-0.
Players Highlighted from Caledonia:
Wide Receiver/Defensive Back- Cole Kronebusch is a good receiver in both possession and speed situation, but is also tough to bring down.
Linebacker- Casey Schultz flat out played great on defense, reading, scraping and running down plays.
Running Back/Linebacker- Jed Kasten was every where on the field making an impressive amount of tackles.
Wide Receiver/Defensive Back- Eli King has great speed, hands and awareness, he just makes good plays.

Running Back/Defensive Back- Terrence Kamara made some big runs to keep the offense in motion.
Linebacker- Quixote Herron ran many plays down from behind, but also filled the hole really well.
Offensive/Defensive Lineman- Quentrail Jameson-Travis is a good edge blocker and edge rusher, seals the edge and contains well.
