In some small school action at the 2-A level, the senior signal caller had a shoot out against Pima in a semi-final game and lose a close but after putting up just under 50 points in the contest and throwing for 5 touchdowns in the narrow loss. Neill has had a very productive and impressive statistical season and held two early offers to UNLV, and Southeast Missouri State but remains uncommitted. He has strong mechanics with a quick release, live arm downfield and good pocket awareness/mobility while able to throw on the run and still hit receivers in stride. As we close in on national signing day, he should be one of the best available quarterbacks across the state, and will be one to watch for as to where he winds up at the collegiate level.

Neill is another very impressive senior quarterback that gathered some early offers a couple of years back from UNLV and Missouri State, but remains uncommitted. He has all the tools to have a chance to play at the next level, and he could be a late steal for a FCS+ program down the stretch as we near closer to national signing day this Winter. He is a true dual-threat kid that knows when to tuck it and run while able to buy time with his feet and make throws from various platforms. In the 2-A playoffs last weekend, he had a career day throwing for 300+ yards and 2 scores, while adding another 160+ yards on the ground and 3 more touchdowns.
