Xavier Higdon Xavier Higdon 6'2" | 274 lbs | OL North Penn | 2027 State PA has limited film, but is great size standing 6’3 inches tall, and showed he has a lot of potential. He played left guard in the clips I saw and he flashed some good skills. He shows good strength and does a good job at the point of attack blocking defensive players. Higdon is a player who should only get better going forward.

At his size, the big man had a number of private schools to choose from, but ultimately inked his name to play at Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia. Has typically been the biggest kid on the field throughout his pre-high school days and excelled in run blocking. Xavier can open up running lanes for his running backs by simply dwarfing defensive linemen in his way. Xavier also does a very good job of maintaining his blocks through the whistle, making it impossible for his opponents to even get close to the ball. There is a lot of room to go here and I’d label Higdon as a work in progress. With that said, you can’t teach the size he has. Higdon will be at a Roman Catholic program that appears to be on the rise, going 9-3 this past season–it’s first winning season in a decade.
