Will Williams started the day off strong jumping 9′ and 9’1″ in the broad jump, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. The ’27 WR out of Whitnall proved that he is a weapon out wide. It quickly became clear that he is developing a strong base of explosive athleticism, body control and footwork that is making him a dangerous route runner. The junior WR was able to create separation consistently throughout 1 on 1s with that superior route running. The playmaker also showed off some really good ball skills, naturally plucking the ball out of the air and making some impressive concentration catches in traffic. There is a lot of turnover in the Whitnall offense. Look for Will to have a strong summer and end his HS career with a strong stat line. Get him on your radars.
