Monroe is a constant thorn in the offensive’s side. Having seen him up close with Mile High Prep this past spring, kid is a dawg. He had 65 total tackles (49 solo, 16 assisted), 1 TFL, 11 sacks, 2 FF and 2 FR.  Very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, lateral quickness, good change of direction, and speed. Very good strength. He utilizes his quick twitch and explosiveness to gain the upper hand against tackles. This edge rusher has a very good bend around the edge. Very good hand placement and hand strength. Monroe is a good block shedder with good get off speed. Monroe has strong tackler, and very good tackling form. Very good competitive toughness and pursuit. He doesn’t stop till the play is finished and has a relentless pursuit. I’m a huge fan of this guy, and colleges NEED to take an extra look his way !
