One of the athletes that could be in line to make a big impact on the defense in 2023 is LB Vladimir Boyko Vladimir Boyko 6'2" | 240 lbs | DL Greenfield | 2025 State WI . The 6’2″ 205 lbs current sophomore is hard to block. He stands out on the tape against JV opponents. His quickness off the line and hand use allowed him to put opposing linemen in bad situations. When he would engage the young athlete did a good job using his hands to get separation and disengage from the block. Boyko also seems to be a high motor player. He chases down plays and makes tackles outside the pocket. He could work his way into a varsity OLB spot with a great offseason.
