rnMr. Rugai picked off where he left off last season being known as a hard runner that keeps his feet driving through the whistle. On more than one occasion he didn’t go down upon initial contact and was able to pick up first downs as a result. He also had a good showing on defense coming away with a PBU as well as showcasing his ability to close quickly on the ball carrier. Mr. Rugai is a high GPA young man that gets it done in the classroom as well as on the football field. This young man can get through the line of scrimmage quickly and once he does he can use his elusiveness to make the first defender miss before breaking a long run. Currently, he holds interest from various levels but hasn’t gotten his first offer as of yet. As he aims to continue his performance from last fall, keep an eye on him this fall. Twitter
