Basham measures in at 6’1 171-pounds. He only played 5 games last season and still put up impressive numbers. He had 26 receptions for 718 yards with 9 touchdowns. Very good athletic ability due to very good speed, change of direction, acceleration, and jumping. Good release paired with very good separation quickness. He’ll fight through contact during the route, outrun the defender, or sit in an open void for his QB. Basham comes back to the QB during the scramble drill as well. Very good ball tracking and catching. He plucks the ball out of the air effortlessly. Very good body control to contort his body and make the catch. Very good ball adjustment especially on over the shoulder throws. Kid’s a beast and deserves more love on the college circuit.
