2027 Weir RB/DB Tyrek Petteway Tyrek Petteway 5'11" | 165 lbs | RB/DB Weir | 2027 WV looked like he had the potential to develop into one of the Red Riders’ top playmakers over the next two years. After seeing him live at the Spring Showcase, Petteway has an athletic build that he can keep adding to, and he looked fluid when running routes and moving around. There are still steps for him to take to reach his full potential, but Petteway is well on his way to reaching it. He should provide a spark on the varsity team this season as a junior, as they look for more out of their running game in 2025.
