2027 Weir EDGE/RB Connor Lancaster Connor Lancaster Connor Lancaster 5'11" | 205 lbs | EDGE/RB Weir | 2027 WV showed off his versatility at the Spring Showcase. We got to see him work out as a defensive lineman at our recent Combine Series camp, but he elected to showcase his ability as a skill player this time around. Lancaster has good size for a power back on offense who can be utilized in short-yardage situations and as a blocker. He proved he can run routes and catch the ball out of the backfield when going through drills on Tuesday and should be a valuable asset to the team on both sides of the ball this fall.

Weir’s Connor Lancaster Connor Lancaster Connor Lancaster 5'11" | 205 lbs | EDGE/RB Weir | 2027 WV is another prospect who could develop into an EDGE type role given his size and athleticism. He looked athletic during the combine testing period which leads you to believe he could rush the passer off the edge. Lancaster admirably played along the interior this past season for the Red Riders even lining up as a nose tackle at times. His short area quickness and leverage ability allowed him to have success in that role, but as a college prospect, Lancaster fits better as an EDGE.
