Expert Analysis
Tyler Stevens | Prep Redzone Scout
Tylynn is a fun player to watch on film. He is quick off the ball and has strong hands as a pass rusher up the middle. He uses his speed to win, collapse the pocket, and showcase his good tackling. As a defender, he could be an early down EDGE at the next level. He has quick feet, both as an offensive lineman. He gets inside and can churn his feet to push you out of the play. If Tylynn puts on weight over the next two years, he’ll be a division one-level prospect.

Tylynn Brown Tylynn Brown 6'0" | 265 lbs | DL/OL Westerville North | 2028 State OH , another new addition to our rankings, is a squatty interior defensive linemen who has a quick first step and flashes a nose for the ball. Solid and steady as a tackler, Brown could develop into a legitimate Division I recruit depending on how he grows. Brown is around the ball a lot and likes to thump offensive linemen especially on interception returns.

Brown lines up at defensive tackle for the Warriors. I like Brown as a nose tackle. He plays with good pad level. He does a great job of standing up his man and taking on double teams. Simply put Brown is a space eater deluxe. After engages blockers he does a good job of looking for the play and pursing. He’s a player who plays to the whistle. As he continues to fill out and get stronger, I think he’s a player who will be able to wreak big time havoc in offensive backfields.
