A QB that I have watched over and over because he checks off so many boxes when watching the tape. He looks the part at 6’3″ 205 lbs. He offers the threat to do damage with his legs. The pinpoint accuracy while throwing from the pocket or on the move is effective and consistent to the short, intermediate, and deep levels of the field. It is also so clear that the 2027 recruit is dedicated to getting better at his craft. He is constantly training in the offseason, and doing it while leading his basketball team to huge successes during the winter. Arm talent, mobility, size, dedication, and leadership come together to make our WI QB1. You need to watch him in person.

Tyler and Lake Mills had a great season in 2025. The finished the year 8-3 overall. Tyler would end the year going for 147/235, 2,625 yards, 38 TDs, 161 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD.

QB1 on the field is also playing like QB1 on the hardwood. Not only is he one of the better scorers among 2027 football/basektball players but also one of the best distributors of the basketball. On the season the junior is averaging 17.7 PPG, 7.6 RPG, 7.1 APG, and 2.7 SPG. Lake Mills is having a great year, sitting at 21-2 overall.

We have been preaching the same thing with Tyler. He is talented and dedicated to his craft. Not only is he at a great point in his development, but also striving to be better while still playing other sports at a high level. Tyler checks the boxes from accuracy to mechanics to athleticism to arm strength to hit every necessary window. He is continuing to have QB1 locked down.

The 2027 has piled up elite numbers. 2,471 passing yards and 38 TDs compared to 1 single INT. Tyler also has 102 rushing yards and another TD.

The TD:INT ratio is a great indicator of the smart decision maker that Tyler is. Once he picks his spots the junior further protects the ball with his elite control over his ball placement, illustrated by his 66% completion percentage. On top of the mental parts of the position, Tyler has the physical gifts too. A growing frame with prototypical mechanics that maximize accuracy and also arm strength to hit windows at every level of the field. Expectations were high for QB1 coming into the season, but I didn’t have a 7 TD game on my bingo card. Yet here we are, two weeks into the season and Tyler is lighting up the scoreboard and stat sheet. Having over 50% of your completions result in TDs is unreal, yet that is exactly what Tyler did. Looking at Tyler as a prospect, there is so much to like. Natural throwing motion, the ball jumps out of his hand effortlessly, his control over ball placement to every level and with different velocities his D1 ready. He is the leader of his offense, poised, and always knows where to go with the ball. A big season is unfolding for the 2027.

QB1 of the Class of 2027 looks like he is developing further following a very dedicated offseason. The incoming junior already has a ton of varsity experience under his belt and the numbers have gotten better and better.
