Westmoore offensive lineman Tyler Skinner Tyler Skinner 6'5" | OL Westmoore | 2029 State OK is the second Jaguar OL to be featured in our initial rankings for the 2029 class. While his brother dominated the left side of the line, Tyler was doing his thing on the right side of the line of scrimmage at right tackle. We mentioned it when breaking down his brother’s game, but Westmoore has a seriously strong foundation on the offensive line with the two of them at the two tackle positions. Tyler’s game was very impressive to watch when it came to run blocking. He gets out of his stance and fires forward, knocking defenders off their spots. Skinner has really good size and athleticism for his age. Just like with his brother, we think the ceiling is obviously very high when you’re talking about a 6’6 OL prospect that started against 6A-1 competition.
