Troy had a good Senior year in 2023. He caught 20 passes for 367 yds (18.35 ypc) and scored 3 TD. His solid play was a bright spot in the 1-10 season of the Reynoldsburg Raiders. He lines up at both outside WR positions as well as in the slot. He is quick off the LOS and uses his good play speed to get behind the CB on go routes. He tracks the ball well in the air and adjusts his body to the ball before making an impressive catch. After the catch is made, he shows good athleticism as he picks up a first down with ease.
