Expert Analysis
Alan Popadines | Prep Redzone Scout
Autrey III was a big fish in a small pond, so to speak, as a standout youth football player in Colorado. A month into his first season playing in Texas, he took the drive right into the deep end playing club ball with True Buzz and school ball with Curtis Middle School, which feeds into Allen High School. The long, physical DB/WR has seemingly adjusted well on the field and is making his own lane in the Lone Star State.
- There may not be a better downfield blocker as a WR in the state of Texas at this point — a skill that is criminally overlooked when scouting
- Possesses the physicality and length to become a P4 CB down the line, as his jams knock WRs off route or onto the ground, throwing off timing
