Jones is big body target at 5’11 170 pounds, he moves fluidly, he has great footwork with excellent short area quickness and as a receiver his route running is smooth. Trenton was impressive early on, he ran one of the top 40 times for the camp, coming out of the blocks showing power and speed. Jones displayed excellent short area quickness moving effortlessly through the cone drills, showing the ability to change directions rapidly without wasting steps. Trenton began to really stand out when he transitioned into the passing 1v1s versus the defense. He is explosive off the ball, he puts pressure on the defense from the jump by getting into his route quickly and he was able to win multiple reps. Jones had a great camp and he has the skill set that will make him an attractive prospect in the near future.
