Trenton Cutwright Trenton Cutwright 6'1" | 160 lbs | QB Bryan Station | 2024 State KY is a quarterback that I was very high on coming into this season that continued to impress. He led the Defenders on a deep playoff run this past season, completing 124/217 passes for 1,982 yards, 17 touchdowns, and seven interceptions. Cutwright has very impressive arm talent. His arm strength allows him to push the ball down the field but his ability to make tough throws is what impresses me the most. When under pressure, Cutwright has shown the ability to escape the pocket and make very impressive throws down the field while on the run. He is also a dangerous playmaker in the open field when he decides to tuck the ball and take off as a ball carrier. Cutwright has the speed and elusiveness in the open field to break off long runs at any given moment. He finished the season with 82 carries for 598 yards and eight touchdowns. While Cutwright doesn’t currently hold any offers, I expect some to come his way soon as he has received some college interest and definitely has the talent to be a productive quarterback at the next level.

Cutwright has incredible arm talent with the ability to make throws on the run, even across his body. He also has a great amount of touch on his deep passes, launching the ball down the field and putting it only where his receiver can get to it. While he is great as a passer, Trenton is also very impressive in the run game. He has the ability to tuck the ball and burst into the open field for a big play at any given moment. Cutwright has the speed to run away from a defense but also has the elusiveness to make defenders miss in the open field. Trenton is also a very talented baseball and basketball player so it remains to be seen which sport he plays at the next level but he definitely has the skill set to be a very good college quarterback.

While his team fell short in the end of this game, Trenton Cutwright Trenton Cutwright 6'1" | 160 lbs | QB Bryan Station | 2024 State KY was the most impressive player on the field on Friday in my eyes. Cutwright showed great pocket mobility, with the ability to step up and move out of the pocket to avoid pressure off the edge. When under pressure, he showed a very impressive ability to keep his eyes down the field and make throws on the run. He also showed an absolute cannon of an arm, leading his receivers down the field in the deep passing game. Cutwright is also very dangerous as a ball carrier as he showed the speed and elusiveness to tuck the ball and pick up big plays on the ground. From what I’ve heard, Cutwright is also a talented baseball and basketball player so it remains to be seen which sport he will play at the next level but he definitely has a bright future on the football field if he chooses to pursue that path!
