Harper is an extremely well built LB with a low center of gravity and a strong lower body. As you could expect, his speed and athleticism allows him to run with anyone and play very well in coverage. Harper is yet another prospect that put himself on the map this weekend, As far as 2025 LBs are concerned, there aren’t many in the state as athletic as Harper.
