Brooks is quickly on track to be a reliable piece for any school that comes and picks him up. This was year 1, starting, but I don’t think you could tell, especially as the year went on and he got the reps in. He’s strong, good on the move, and fairly nimble. He has no issue getting to the second level to lead the way as well. He was fairly consistent up front and gave them peace of mind on the inside. Brooks will start the next 2 years for Crown Point and by the time they graduate, could easily be the highest ranked interior lineman in the class.

Brooks started every game last season for Crown Point, and the impressive young guard made the most of his season. He quickly became a reliable piece upfront and offered some security. He’s got a nice developing frame that’ll easily take off once in a collegiate lifting program. He’s nimble and good on the move, so I’d expect him to stay on the interior.
