It was around this time last year that we first caught Westmoore standout Tommalik Benson Tommalik Benson Tommalik Benson 5'9" | WR/DB Westmoore | 2028 State OK in person and in our opinion, he’s been one of the better prospects in the state’s 2028 class ever since. Benson had a terrific offseason leading into his sophomore season. It was a sophomore season full of growing pains as Westmoore was incredibly young and definitely went through the fires of 6A-1 competition. But now looking ahead to the 2026 season, there’s a lot to be excited about when you consider how much Westmoore has coming back now. And the conversation, in our opinion, starts with Benson on both sides of the ball. He’s a terrific wide receiver but he’s also a lockdown cornerback on defense. The athletic ability is off the charts here.
