Walker is one of the more raw quarterbacks among the group but had the top spin rate of the group on balls that were tracked on night one.
Walker had the highest spin rate on balls tracked on night one and performed well in the Pro Day portion with a score of 44. Accuracy was a challenge for Walker last season but he has looked sharp on both nights of the competition so far.
Walker showed impressive arm strength throughout the day and was tied with Henderson with the top spin rate on balls that were tracked. He looked comfortable with all the footwork and was very accurate in the early portion of the day.
After years of development and waiting his turn, it was Walker’s time to lead Lawrence Central. This year, he had moments of brilliance, making some big-time plays and throws. He did a good job keeping the ball safe and not turning it over. He threw for 1500 yards and 17 TDs to only 3 INTs and added another 400 yards and 4 TDs on the ground.
It’s been a very shaky year for Walker at quarterback. His play will be essential if the Bears are to pull off a big win against the Wildcats. When he has time to throw, Walker can hit receivers in stride and hit fades downfield with precision accuracy. Walker is still a super-athletic freak at 6-foot-4, 178 pounds, and still has a huge amount of raw talent to pose a threat.
The QB that has been swarming with buzz since he was in middle school is finally about to boot up as the full time starter moving forward. The raw talent Walker has is beyond exciting. He’s got an elite frame, he’s a good athlete, and if everything comes together, he’s got as high of a ceiling as anyone in the nation, let alone the state of Indiana. He’s talented and has been working for this moment, so I’m pretty anxious to see how he does when the live bullets start flying.

III came down from Indiana with the TFP Flite Boyz and did just that. Looking at our PRZ-Indiana site, Walker currently ranks as the #1 quarterback prospect and in fact, he’s the #1 overall prospect in the state’s 2026 class. Similar to Bailey, I got a chance to watch Walker go to work for several games this weekend and we can see why the ceiling is so high with him moving forward. Everything Walker does was incredibly smooth. And similar to Bailey, we rarely saw Walker make any mistakes and he was always poised when running the offense. The accuracy and touch on the deep ball was something that really impressed us and he made quite a few of them. Walker has good size and as he continues to develop, his ceiling as a prospect is going to continue to rise. There wasn’t much to knock about his game this weekend in Tennessee.
rnWalker is an upcoming QB I’ve hit a few times in the past and have met in person a few times over the years. I met him when he was a freshman and I towered over him at 6’3″. The next time I saw him at a camp maybe a year later, he looked down at me. He’s beginning to develop into the frame and fill it out, which is perfect. He’s had a few years to learn behind Bryson LuterBrysonLuter

, one of the best Senior QBs in the state, and seems to have taken advantage of that time. Anytime Walker has been on the field this year, he’s been good. He’s developing and playing well when he gets the opportunity. He started the game against Ben Davis where he looked really good and made some big throws. As the game went on, he seemed to get in a groove and was just playing ball. He was going through his reads, dropping back in sync, and getting the ball out on time. He had a 75-yard TD where he threw a perfect ball deep down the left sideline that his receiver caught in stride. On the night against one of the best defenses in the state, Walker threw for 313 yards and 2 TDs. Lawrence Central may have lost that game 26-23, but with the showcase Walker put together, Lawrence Central is going to be just fine long-term.
