The second Harrisburg prospect on this list, and an equally dominant one as well. I can’t even keep track of the ridiculous sack totals Reynolds has registered in the last two Falls. Some may question his size/build, tough to question his production. Albany, Maine, and Delaware State extended offers in the off-season, unsure if they are still standing. Reynolds recently came back from a visit to Saint Francis. He’s also a candidate for PWOs amongst FBS programs.

Another player where I’m going to preach production. Reynolds may not have your protoypical size at 6-foot-2 for a defensive end but he’s still got a strong quick step, quality burst, and is fundamentally sound. This season, Reynolds totaled 101 tackles including 29 tackles for a loss and 29.5 sacks through 11 games. He also recently received a PWO offer from Penn State. He’ll move into my personal top-50.

The Harrisburg defensive end has been a consistent presence in opposing backfields this season being nothing short of dominant. Reynolds this season has totaled 52 tackles including 9.5 sacks and 13 tackles for a loss. He also has nine additional quarterback hurries and knocked down two passes at the line. Reynolds is a bonafide FCS prospect.

If I had a shot to rerank, I think I’d have Terrell in the top 40s, a spot where he originally debuted. Nonetheless, Reynolds acts as one of the state’s best pass rushers left unsigned. Reynolds’s situation might be one where he and his family wait and see what opportunities might present themselves after the 2022 Fall season is through. Despite his massive production, top programs might want to see if he can do it again. Believe me, he can do it again. Reynolds already holds official offers out of the University of Albany and Maine, two great programs to possibly fall back on.
