Tamar Tisdale Tamar Tisdale 6'2" | 165 lbs | RB East Liverpool | 2028 State OH is tall, strong and tough, and wasn’t on my radar before this rankings update.  The tailback for East Liverpool finishes forward on contact, can bounce off would-be tackles and stay on his feet for positive yards.  He has prototypical size and strength for the position. Tisdale is also a strong kick returner and high-impact player on defense.  He is a new addition to the rankings.
