Gretna’s Talon Daharsh Talon Daharsh 6'0" | 180 lbs | DB Gretna | 2027 State NE had a great junior season in which he established himself as a two-way star, although his upside at DB might be a bit higher. Talon ended his junior season with 54 tackles, 2.5 TFLs, four interceptions, and a forced fumble. Daharsh recently earned his first offer from in-state D2 program, Wayne State. He has also been in contact with teams like Northern Iowa, Wyoming, Minnesota State-Moorhead, Augustana, Washburn, South Dakota, North Dakota (Junior day visit), and North Dakota State.

Talon had a breakout junior campaign in which he recorded 54 tackles, 2.5 TFLs, four interceptions, and a forced fumble. Talon’s instincts and speed to close on the ball allow him to cover massive chunks of the field and make plays from anywhere. He does a great job reading the offense and diagnosing plays with excellent ball skills to force turnovers or break up passes at the catch point. Fluid in coverage with quick feet and loose hips, allowing him to change direction effortlessly. Talon also showed that, in addition to being solid in coverage, he is a willing run defender who can fly downhill and prevent running backs from bouncing runs to the outside. Daharsh also contributed 31 receptions, 405 yards, and two touchdowns on offense, with a chance to take on a bigger role in his senior season. Great two-way athlete who should be on your list of “get on campus” guys this spring.
