Tae Diamond Tae Diamond 6'0" | 215 lbs | DL Cherokee County | 2025 State AL is an explosive senior defensive lineman who brought a ton of juice to Cherokee County’s defensive front this fall. Diamond, a prolific pass rusher, was one of the top sack artists in the state last fall- consistently creating huge plays against the pass and in the backfield all year long. Diamond plays with a ton of speed and physicality- he completely overwhelms offensive linemen with his quickness and power, can easily pursue after the ball carrier, and is a constant game-changer when he’s rushing the passer. Diamond causes all sorts of issues against opposing passing attacks, generating pressure and delivering huge hits to the quarterback no matter who he’s facing off against. Diamond had a huge senior season last fall- ending his year with 84 total tackles (38 for loss), 21 sacks, and 6 forced fumbles on the year.
