Hughes is an impressive athlete who plays on both sides of the ball and has the explosion you’re looking for. As young as he is as well, he’s got a fantastic frame that he’s building up. You can see the potential with him as he just roams around. If you need him to find a way to create separation and make a catch, he can do that. If you need him to turn around and line up as a DB, he can do that as well. I thought he not only looked good, but that he should be ready for a Varsity role much sooner than later.
