He’s an active tackler around the LOS that can make disruptive plays as a downhill attacker and shows his range making plays out on the edge and perimeter. Would like to see him play with more consistent pad level and react quicker to his reads but his physicality for an OLB is promising. Parker’s a defender to keep an eye on out of northern Nevada.
