Panelli was added to the 2027 rankings after flashing his playmaking ability out of the backfield for the 4A state champs last season. The 6’/180 RB rushed for 237 yards and a TD in eight games as more of a change-of-pace back in 2025. He’s a quick-footed runner with the speed and agility to pop explosive plays anytime he touches the ball. He’s tough with the ball in his hands showing his balance and leg drive bouncing off tackles. Panelli should have more opportunities to continue to put his name on the radar in the upcoming season.
