As such, it is time to give Love some love, as I believe he has the ability to be “the guy” on his own. Love has more than enough wiggle with the ball in his hands, profiling as a violent runner as well. More times than not, it seems that he is able to make the first man miss. Once he gets going, it is a tough task to bring him down. Physically, on tape Love appears to be taller than he is, while his long limbs make him difficult to corral. A smart receiver, we see him recognize and proceed to cook over leveraged defenders, playing off of that. I personally think that Love is the type of player who is better with the ball in his hands than necessarily a receiver. Despite liking him a lot, I think his collegiate upside will be dependent upon his combine performances.
