is a talented signal caller at Creekside and eyes will certainly be on him this spring coming off a state championship win and an undefeated 2025 season but with Benson at quarterback. Everyone will want to see how Nichols fills that role, and I believe he won’t just fill it, but I do believe he will pick up right where it left off and shine. Big spring for him coming up and all eyes will be wondering!

is in a great spot when it comes to the new season, as he is getting the chance to be the signal caller for Creekside High School. This is a team that just won the state championship, so expectations will be a bit high. His great frame allows him to take a ton of focus when it comes to the game plan, as he is one who can’t be left without pressure. He will be a guy that will need to be contained, as if he gets in his rhythm, everyone will be in bad shape.

Nichols, originally from Texas, is moving into Creekside and instantly becomes one of the most noteworthy 2027 QB prospects in GA. Nichols is a tall, lean athlete with true dual-threat ability. For his size and body type, Nichols is extremely sudden and fluid, which, paired with his long strides, makes him a candidate to rally off big plays in space as a runner. He has a loose, natural delivery who can push the ball downfield with velocity and touch. There are several FBS offers under his belt, and I expect that list to grow before his senior season gets going.

Savoy, who has thrown for over 2,186 yards and 16 touchdowns, is clearly a quarterback who brings consistency and production to the field. His numbers suggest he’s capable of stretching the field vertically while also maintaining control of the offense. With that level of yardage, he’s likely making the right reads, spreading the ball around, and sustaining drives. The 16 touchdown passes also show he’s capitalizing in the red zone and finishing drives — a key trait for a successful QB. He’s a name to watch heading into the upcoming season.

Savoy brings a commanding presence to the field with a natural throwing motion and excellent pocket awareness. He delivers the ball with velocity and touch, showing the ability to hit deep routes in stride and layer passes over defenders. Savoy’s patience and timing in the pocket stand out he doesn’t rush throws and consistently makes the right read. With continued growth and experience, he projects as a high ceiling prospect with the tools to lead an explosive offense.

Nichols is a 6-foot-5, 195-pound quarterback with the tools to be a high-level playmaker. Coming off a season where he passed for 2,802 yards and 20 touchdowns, Nichols possesses a big arm with excellent accuracy and touch on the deep ball. He sees the field well, has the ability to throw receivers open, and operates with clean footwork in the pocket. His athleticism allows him to extend plays and make things happen with his feet, adding another dimension to his game. With a huge upside, Nichols is a quarterback to get on your radar as he continues to develop.

Big time Quarterback prospect that was on my list to look at, but didn’t get there yet. He’s going to be a very good prospect.

is another quarterback who put together an eye opening performance during camp. Coming out of Waco, Savoy had no problem catching the attention of coaches, scouts and writers at the Prep Redzone Next Texas Camp. Bursting on to the scene with impressive test numbers, Savoy started off camp hot. Building on the early momentum, Savoy proved that he is more than capable on the run and in the pocket. With an easy throwing motion, Nichols made everything he did look effortless. After this performance, I would not be surprised if Savoy began to climb up recruiting boards around the country. It will only be a matter of time before he is the next big quarterback to come out of the Lone Star State.
